Guest access Guest will meet me at the property and I will give you keys to the main gate and a clicker. Front Door can be accessed using the programmable code I will send you. At the end of your stay keys and clicker are to be returned. *Should you take the keys there will be a $10 replacement fee* *** Should you take the Clicker a $100 replacement fee will be charged to you *** Other things to note *** Please note that due to Complex/HOA rules, large trucks (F150 size and similar) ARE BANNED from parking inside the complex **** - Due to amount of stairs, this property is not suitable for children under the age of 10yrs old. - Be mindful of your neighbors. - This is not a party house and will not be tolerated. - Loud music must be turned down after 1030pm. - No Smoking inside the property at all, any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $250 penalty. - Do not throw anything over the rooftop.
