The house is spread over two floors and is high-quality and tastefully decorated. This holiday home has been awarded the FeWoAirClean seal. The house is equipped with an air purifier in the living room. According to the manufacturer, it is possible to remove 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air. Notes on additional costs and fees: The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays a surcharge per night. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. One dog (max. shoulder height 40 cm) can be booked at an additional cost. If, after booking and by decision of the state, a health certificate or similar is required, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking is available free of charge. In the newly built Seepark, construction activities may occur during your stay. Please understand that subsequent complaints will not be accepted. On the ground floor you will find the modern kitchen, the dining area with a large, extendable table, as well as the living room with a cozy sitting area, fireplace and TV. Enjoy the magnificent view through the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden and the small lake/pond with many water birds. The wellness bath pampers you with a floor-to-ceiling shower, sauna and hot tub. Here you can really relax. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a gallery for relaxing and a guest toilet. The terrace is facing south-west. Comfortable terrace furniture, a parasol and a kettle grill are available here. Of course, you can also enjoy the fantastic view of the lake park and the picturesque nature from here. You can store your bicycles in the lockable storage room. There is also a socket for charging e-bikes. The furnishings are child-friendly and your four-legged favorite is also welcome with us.
