The space The Rustic Bear is indeed private! It is perfect for couples or small families seeking a private spot to enjoy nature. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and loft bedroom, and electric fireplace. The cabin is tucked on a hill with a porch. Guests DO need to bring their own linens and towels, but these can be provided if necessary for an additional fee. Satellite TV with DVD player. High Speed Internet. Great 4G cell phone reception. Get truly unplugged and remember what it used to be like to relax. Guests may bring up to 2 dogs for a $50 pet fee. Guest access You get a key and the place is all yours! Very private. You will not see any neighbors while on the property. The housekeeper may come by every couple days to check on the hot tub to ensure it is clean and clear for your enjoyment. Other things to note This house is very private, but close to all the White Mountains have to offer. Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Littleton, Cog Rail, Mountain Washington, several 4,000 footer hikes, Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain, Franconia Notch State Park, Flume Gorge, AMC Highland Center at Crawford Notch, and Santa's Village. And within 45 minutes of many more lovely New England towns and ski resorts that we personally love to visit whenever we stay here. Sabbaday Falls, Storyland, North Conway, Loon, the Basin, Ice Castle Activities in every season - Hiking (amazing hiking!), swimming, fishing, boating, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, etc.
