Our recently remodeled 1-story treehouse is perfectly dialed-in for friends and family to relax and be in nature while also being minutes from everything Eugene has to offer. The house sits high in the South Eugene hills just a short walk from the famous Spencer Butte Trailhead. Hop in the car and you're minutes from Downtown Eugene and UofO. Featuring a cozy living room, chef's kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, and a patio deck with expansive views. The house is a convenient 1-story home making it very easy to access for everyone. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating and room to stretch out. The Kitchen is very large with multiple prep areas, an island with a prep sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, microwave, toaster oven, pressure cookers, and all the appliances you need to cook the meal of your dreams. There are two huge primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, king-sized beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds fully decked out for kids (and kid's at heart). The house is a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive to a grocery store, brewery, bagel shop, liquor store, and more. Just a 5-minute walk up the road is the famous Ridgeline trailhead. Getting around via car is easiest as we're high up on a hill. University of Oregon - 3.5 miles (8min drive) Hayward Field - 4.5 miles (10min drive) Autzen Stadium - 5 miles (12min drive) Mount Pisgah Arboretum 8.1 miles (15min drive) We are based in Los Angeles, but very accessible via text or email. We also have a local property manager and contractor that can be onsite for any immediate needs. This coveted South Eugene neighborhood is very peaceful, safe, and only minutes to markets, restaurants, and breweries. Hidden amongst the trees, you will almost definitely see deer and turkey trotting around the grounds. Houses in this neighborhood are spaced out a bit more than most, which provides some nice privacy. We are a short walk to world-class hiking trails and nature; specifically the Spencer Butte trailhead. A supermarket, a local brewpub, a delicious bagel shop, and more are about a 2-minute drive down the street. Prior to your stay, we will share the passcode. We also have a Nest doorbell outside the front door that records video for safety purposes that only the owners have access to.
