Welcome to Little Bear Cabin, the perfect family or group getaway! With 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 full bathrooms, there's plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the front porch, BBQ , outdoor games & fire pit for evening fun. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen and is dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with a fenced yard. Located minutes from downtown Payson, explore parks, restaurants, stores, museums, and hiking. Outdoor lovers can enjoy fishing, golf, and scenic trails. Make lasting memories The space -Separate private larger primary bedroom: downstairs /own bathroom and away from the rest of the rooms w/ a computer desk, chair and smart tv, separate AC/ heater temp setting. With one queen bed. Sleeps 2 people. -2nd bedroom: downstairs/ located next to the other bathroom with full size bed, closet and TV. Sleeps 2 people -The loft upstairs : one full size futon bed and twin bed. Sleeping cot in closet. Sleeps 3-4 -The 3rd Bedroom: located upstairs down a hallway/ 2 twin beds and extra large bean bag. Sleeps 2. -Living room: electric fireplace, games, oversized couch and recliner chair, smart tv and dvd player. -Back and front yard : fenced in and have a deck, bbq, picnic table, outdoor seating and room for outdoor games and fire pit. -Laundry room: washer and dryer, iron and ironing board along with cleaning tools. -Dining room table has 8 chairs. -AC/ Heating throughout the house.
