The most easily accessed areas are Bolton Valley (40 min), Stowe(1:20), and Sugarbush(1:20). Smuggler’s and Jay Pike are also easy 1 to 1:30 drive. Other things to note Note: The home has a window AC unit that helps keep the whole house cool, but it's not central air and not in every bedroom. It makes hot days comfortable, though it won't get as cold as central AC.
