Woodland Cabin-Indoor Pool / Lake

On cool Fall/Winter days delight in crispy fresh air of woods and visit our lake to fish /skate. Visit a close-by ski resorts and waterparks or stop by our indoor pool. Remember to take sleds to go down our community slope. Spend evening warming up at the fire-pit and improvising a homemade dinner and then reunite with the whole family or set for a romantic dinner on an oversized deck or in our cosy dining room. The space - 3 king bedrooms: Bedroom 1: on the lower level, king bed and crib, closet and shelves, attached bathroom tub/shower combo Bedroom 2: upper level, king bed and rocking reclining armchair, closet, dresser Bedroom 3: upper level, king bedroom, armchair, closet, dresser Loft: twin bed, twin pullout bed, closet - 2 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: lower level, entrance through hall or bedroom Bathroom 2: upper level - open space living room with a variety of board games - fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave oven, drip coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware - dining area with a big table set for 8 people plus bar counter with 3 chairs - oversized wrap around deck with BBQ grill and dining set Located in natural setting in an amenity full Gold Star Community - Big Bass Lake Community Amenities (daily passes $10 weekends/ 8 weekdays per adult; kids under 6 Y.O. are free): - Community Indoor Pool is 7 minutes drive from the house (open mid September- Mid May); - Sled hill; - Kids’ Playgrounds - Lake Rink weather permitting - Lake beach (available for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing) open Memorial weekend through Labour Day weekend - Community outdoor pool is open Memorial weekend through Labour Day weekend - Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts usually are open end of April through September / Mid October weather permitting Close to Snow resorts and waterparks: - Kalahari - Camelback - Montage Mountain GUESTS WITH TODDLERS: The house has a staircase with NO GATES. It is the responsibility of parents to monitor little children using the stairs. Guest access Community pool, lake, and clubhouse, tennis and pickle ball courts are within few minutes drive (10-15 minutes walk) AMENITY PASSES The guests need to purchase passes to use community amenities. - Passes can be purchased at the pool or Association Admin Office. - Daily passes: $10 weekends/ 8 weekdays per adult; kids under 6 Y.O. are free. - Indoor Pool is open mid September through Mid May - Outdoor Pool and Lake Beach is open Memorial weekend through Labour Day weekend - Basketball, tennis and pickle-ball courts are open May through September Other things to note The house is located in a Gold-Star Big Bass Lake community. WINTER / FALL Guests receive access to the Indoor Pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, Tree Top Lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center. Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to our snow-tubing/sledding hills. Sledding/tubing is at your own risk. AMENITIES PASSES: Guests are responsible for purchasing Amenity Passes while using any facility. 2024 SEASON: $10 daily pass per adult; $8 daily pass per child (6 years of age or older). SUMMER The community has two lakes available for swimming (Memorial weekend through Labor Day), fishing, and boating. There is also access to a pool with a splash pad, snack bar, two playgrounds, full basketball court, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a volleyball area. Big Bass Lake and Pool is in a WALKING DISTANCE from the house (10 minutes walk). AMENITIES PASSES: Guests are responsible for purchasing Amenity Passes while using any facility. 2024 SEASON: $10 daily pass weekends and holidays; $8 daily pass weekdays (6 years of age or older).
