family home with garden close to the beach/centre

The house is just in the middle of the centre and the beach. Both 10 minutes by bike( we have 2 bikes and kids bikes. It’s a green area with nice bars, restaurants and shops, just around the corner! The house has 2 floors, upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a 1,5 bedsize and one with a todler bed. There is one big bathroom with a bath and rainshower. Downstairs is the kitchen with a big dinner table, a workspace/ 4rd bedroom with bathroom and a living room and playroom. Other things to note We have 2 bikes for adults, and 2 bikes (mountainbikes) for kids. One for 7-8 years (24 inch) and one for 11-12 years.(26inch) We have a football table, a trampoline and a swing in the garden. the terrace needs to be renewed.
