Large apartment of 100 m2. Located above the M&A Loft and opposite "La CASINHA" (both for rent here). Designed for 6 people. We will eventually accept 8 people if the reservation is composed of a maximum of 4 adults (i.e. 4 adults and 4 children). Max 6 adults. Refurbished in June 2022. Reversible air conditioning installed in September If rented for 2 people, the second bedroom remains closed. (Option 1 per bedroom) The space Large apartment of 100 m2. We will eventually accept 8 people if the reservation is composed of a maximum of 4 adults (i.e. 4 adults and 4 children) 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed, one with rather cuddly tones and the other with rather sober tones. Well-equipped kitchen to prepare any meal. Refurbished in June 2022. The large living room remains simplistic for the moment, equipped with large screen Smart TV with French channels (via box & molotov) and national/international. Internet available Spacious living room with 2 sofa beds. 2 Garden-side balconies with a lovely view of São Pedro Hill, as well as a small terrace on the entrance side. Any booking <= 2 people, implies the closure of the 2nd room which will remain inaccessible. (option 1 pers/room possible €20/stay to be paid on site) Bread will be delivered to you in the morning by the baker and offered for any reservation longer than 5 days. A security deposit will be requested against the handover of the keys upon arrival and returned during check-out. Be considerate. No deposit, no key and therefore booking canceled. Guest access All of the space. For stays longer than 5 nights, fresh bread is delivered every morning around 7:30 a.m. to the gate (Sunday around 10:00 a.m.). Other things to note Parking is easy and free at the door of the apartment, however in case of lack of space in the evening (in summer), a small free parking lot is also available at the beginning of the street 80 m away, there are always spaces in the evening. There are no safety issues in the area. Your car will sleep peacefully outside. Please note, if renting only for 2 people, the second bedroom remains closed. If you want to be 1 per room, option possible, but payable upon arrival (€20/stay) Please read the house rules before any request, because too many vacationers arrive and are surprised that they are asked for a deposit against the handover of the keys. Following abuses found with smokers who do not comply with the ban on smoking indoors. Any smell of cigarettes at your checkout will cause you to lose the entire security deposit for the cost of removing the smell of cigarettes, as well as for non-compliance with the GTCs.
