Maison Verdollin in Annot - with garden

🏡 14th century family house of 350 m2, located in the heart of this village of the Alpes de Haute Provence, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Nice, in a park of one hectare of wooded trees, with magnificent views of the sandstone mountains in absolute calm 🌳 The space It is a building of character, with thick walls protecting from the heat. Access is via the park or the street. The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall, three living rooms (music, games and reading), an old kitchen (for culinary preparations) and its office, a kitchen and a dining room. On the first floor, two double bedrooms (the deputy's room and the Napoleon room), a twin bedroom (the penitents' room), a bathroom and toilet. On the intermediate landing, a single bedroom (the Baou de Parou bedroom). On the second floor, a bathroom and toilet, a double bedroom (the king's bedroom) and its adjoining twin bedroom (the princes' and princesses' bedroom), a double bedroom (the queen's bedroom), and a single bedroom (the Asian bedroom). It can therefore easily accommodate 12 people. A terrace located between the dining room and the living rooms overlooks one of the prettiest alleys in the village. Chairs and tables are available for lunch in the garden or on the terrace ☀️ Other things to note Annot is a charming village where it is possible to practice horseback riding 🐎 (equestrian club), tennis 🎾 (municipal tennis courts), climbing 🧗‍♂️(Annot is one of the most beautiful climbing spots in the South of France). There is a pleasant municipal swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ and the canoyoning sites of Le Verdon are close by. The walks 🥾 for nature lovers are numerous and the Lac de Castellane ⛵️ is only 15 minutes away (with many nautical activities). 🧹 Final cleaning is €200 to be paid to the owner upon check-in. Linens and towels are not provided in the rental but can be provided on request (€22 per pair of sheets and €2 per towel) 🕰️ Rental from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
