While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. The owner keeps furnishings for future Airbnbs in the garage. You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay. There are two exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and the home when it's vacant. Guest access The guest will not have access to the garage or the fireplace during their stay.
