Guests are only allowed to park while using the facilities. Any vehicle found parked all day will be subject to a fine of over $500. Parking Details: - Two parking passes will be provided in the home. These must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid any parking tickets. - Passes need to be returned to the designated area upon departure, or it will result in fines of up to $250. - The parking of trucks with a capacity of over one ton, trailers of any kind, campers including recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers, motorbikes, ski mobiles, or golf carts are prohibited. - During the winter months, the parking area and common area walkways are maintained by a snow plow service. - No street parking allowed. - Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.
