We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Grosseto-Prugna, this charming attached house with sea view, of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 21 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you will be able to enjoy a large terrace of about 50 m² from where you can appreciate the view and the sun. We are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A bright living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa and armchair. - An open kitchen on the middle floor equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... and dining area. On the 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet. On the 2nd floor : - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). Outside : - A terrace of about 50 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days. Common area of the residence: - Two shared, unheated swimming pools, open from June 1 to September 20. One 2 minutes' walk from the house and the other 5 minutes' walk (with a sea view). For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, mini-barbecue, fan. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
