Other things to note RESERVATION POLICIES Rental is prohibited for the organization of parties, evenings, receptions, seminars or festive weekends. For reservations made directly by the site with immediate payment of a deposit, the reservation will be permanently confirmed: - Upon receipt of the signed rental agreement mentioning the number of people (children and adults) - Upon receipt of a copy of the primary tenant ID document A deposit of 500 euros must be issued in advance by mail or directly to the owner by check on the day of check-in.
