The space The Palm Tree III features 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 with king beds and the third with a queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk, perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom has a 55" smart TV with Netflix for relaxing after a day in the sun. The spacious kitchen includes a large island and dining table for group meals, along with a dedicated workspace for remote work or planning your next adventure. In the living room, enjoy movie nights on the massive 85" smart TV. Step outside to your private patio with a free heated pool, hot tub, sun loungers, and dining space to take in the Florida sunsets in comfort. Everything is designed with your relaxation and enjoyment in mind. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home, pool, hot tub, dock, and outdoor spaces. You’ll also have exclusive use of the kayaks, bikes, cornhole games, and all indoor amenities—nothing is shared during your stay. Other things to note DISCLAIMER: PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN!! Hot Tub and Heating of Pool - This very uncommon occurrence in Florida but on occasion we have seen this during winter months. When outside temperatures go to 70 degrees or below the system is incapable of sustaining the pool temperature of 86 degrees and the hot tub of 101 degrees. Once outside temperature reaches 70 degrees or below the heating system will be turned off to prevent damage to the system itself. We provide basic starter supplies (toiletries, paper towels, etc.); longer stays may require restocking. There’s ample parking on-site. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours (9 PM – 8 AM). Check out The Publix grocery delivery online before you arrive. Publix will deliver to the front door. This could save you a ton of time when trying to have fun. There is no smoking in this house. Seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, or they will be towed away. We have security cameras at the front door, over the garage, looking at the driveway, on the pool pump, looking at the equipment, on the left side of the home, looking at that side, and on our dock. No security cameras are pointed at the guests. We have a device that measures sound decibels called Minut located on the rear patio. This device does not listen to conversations.
