There is a balcony to enjoy as well and a private single garage (house garage has wall separating) which leads into the suite and air conditioning is a nice plus! The space This is like a apartment but with no shared walls and your own garage! Access is through the back lane. This is the most innovative new housing in Edmonton! Guest access Separate single garage provides inside private entry to the suite above and there also an exterior entrance that has a camera for guest's piece of mind. Please note that at times my staff may need to enter the garage for the mechanical room and storage (but not the suite). There is a separate garage underneath the suite used by the house tenants. Other things to note GPS does not work and internet maps take you to the wrong place so detailed directions are provided to find your way. I have also attached a picture with the location that also has the directions. Please note that since this is a new area there will be construction noise during the day.
