Single-story, south-facing, it offers all the desired comfort for holidays with family or friends. Its location is ideal for discovering the many other villages (Ansouis, Cucuron, Lauris, Bonnieux, Gordes...) and the region. The space Enjoy the Provencal sweetness of the Oustalet du Luberon, a cozy terraced house, in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park and close to excellent restaurants! Quiet, conducive to rest, relax and discover the surroundings, the Oustalet is located at one end of the village. This pleasant place, respectful of its environment (construction to RT 2012 standards), is the perfect site for your next vacation. Arranged in a comfortable contemporary atmosphere, this accommodation offers: An air-conditioned living room, with a relaxation area, equipped with a TV and a wood burning stove, overlooking the terrace, the garden with its swimming pool. A modern, functional American kitchen with new equipment (oven, induction stove, range hood, microwave, mixed coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, grocery cabinets). The dining area opens onto a shaded terrace thanks to the gazebo covered by two wisteria. 2 baby chairs are available. A master suite with direct views of the garden and pool, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms each with two single beds (possibility to assemble them), one has direct access to the garden and the second to the back of the house (quiet cul-de-sac). A bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet and a washing machine. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, plus the provision of 2 baby cots. The rooms are all bright and closets are fully available to tenants. Air conditioning is reversible in all rooms The heating is electric with a wood-burning stove. Outside: A garden without vis-à-vis of 400 m² overlooking the countryside. Facing south, this green and quiet space offers beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding nature and in the distance Sainte-Victoire mountain. The terrace is perfect for meals in the sun or shade, protected from the prevailing winds. Ideal for enjoying the viewpoint and excellent Provençal specialties, it has a long wooden table, four armchairs, six sunbeds and a solid wooden bench. A barbecue is available. The 9m/4m unheated pool is surrounded by a natural lawn, lavender, pink laurels and an olive tree. It is for the exclusive use of tenants, secured by an alarm and remains open all year round. Cars are to be parked in a private and free location with a capacity of 2 shaded spaces, in the back of the house. Standard charging socket for electric vehicles. Flat fee of 50 euros per week of rental. The garage, not rented, is reserved for owners. The accommodation is a short walk from the village grocery store and two restaurants. The village of Vaugines also offers public sports grounds for adults and children, located below the house, a 3-minute walk away. Other things to note Things to know: * Intermediate cleaning is possible and billable in addition, to be requested when booking, to be paid also on the site. * Pool opening period: all year round. * Heating of the house from 11/01 to 03/15: an additional cost is to be expected, invoiced on the basis of electricity consumption statement or a fixed price to be paid on arrival. These additional fees are to be paid on the site by an additional invoice that will be sent to you after acceptance of your booking. To finalize the rental we ask: - To validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the identity documents. The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 28 years old. - To provide a "resort" or "vacation" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory. Important rules: We prefer to emphasize the residential nature of the neighborhood and the need to respect the tranquility of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or evening events. Please do not smoke in the accommodation. No pets allowed.
