Spacious lake front home with a huge dock and expansive views! Relax with friends and family in a 5 bed/4 bath waterfront property that sleeps 14. 2500 Sqft dock has a beautiful patio area, 2 boat lifts, and a jet ski lift. Kayak and SUP use included. Main house has a large deck with sweeping sunset views, a patio that seats 15, 2 full kitchens, and a game room. Relax on the lake with lawn games, a hammock, and a fire pit. Come make memories! The space Our property is about 1 acre with lots of parking space. Our five bedrooms are ample in size. Three rooms are upstairs and two are down and three bedrooms have King beds. We have a sidewalk to the lower level bedrooms and the dock in case steps are a concern and our lower level bathroom has just a small step in to the large shower. There are two full kitchens in the home and a grilling station outdoors. We provide many of the basic needs for cooking. Our coffee bar has a regular Keurig cup dispenser and full pot, bean grinder, Vertuo Nespresso, electric kettle and loose tea pot. The dock is 2500 sqft with two boat lifts and a jet ski lift. We require an additional waiver for use of the lifts and a brief how-to review. In our bar on the dock we have a mini fridge and many different sized life vests. We are located on a fresh water lake and therefore you will see wildlife and insects. We do spray for insects but cannot keep them back entirely and are sensitive to pollinator populations. They can be particularly aggressive during mayfly season and July and August. Please drive with caution approaching the last 2-3 miles before our home as wildlife are prone to cross those quieter roads more in our observation. Available to our guests free of charge with waiver is the use of our kayak and SUP. Please care for them like they are your own and lock them up as you found them. Our home internet is lightning fast, Starlink. The best you’ll find in the area! Bring your remote work and take your meeting with a view! Guest access You’ll have access to the whole home and yard with the exception of a few locked supply closets and the garage. You will also have access to everything on the dock. Please take care and require little ones and non-swimmers to wear a vest. It’s about 7 ft deep off the end of the dock. Other things to note Our home is not child-proofed but we do welcome children. Our children are young and have done fine in the home but be aware there are no baby gates or childproof devices. A single pet is permitted. No large breed dogs please. During the peak season, May-August, we will only accept 4 nights minimum particularly on the weekends but some week days end up having smaller minimums so check our calendar. Use of the boat lifts, paddle boards and kayaks during your stay require an additional waiver. Please contact us.
