It is a 4-star classified Gite/Furnished tourist accommodation since October 2019 with a classification renewed in October 2024. Its total capacity is 12 people, including 7 ADULTS over 18 years old MAXIMUM. Entertainment, tranquility and comfort are the major assets of this cottage 400 metres from the beaches. Other things to note Over the heated period, between October 1 and May 30, we will carry out a meter reading together, the costs related to the use of energy (except gas) being borne by guests (precisely €0.17 per kwh in Hours between 10:30 pm and 6:30 am and €0.22 in Full Hours, rates in force on 01/02/2025). The bath linen consists of one bath sheet and one hand towel per person for an amount of €20 for 1 to 4 people, €30 for 5-8 people, €40 for 9-12 people. You'll confirm your choice after a guest has made a reservation. Guests are RESPONSIBLE for maintaining the house during THE stay. Everything necessary will be available (robot vacuum cleaners, floor and sanitary cleaning kit, detergents etc.) on each floor for your convenience.
