Private parking, 1 ha enclosed park + pond, pool, trampoline. The space The house, although completely renovated, is furnished with the aim of preserving the "rustic" atmosphere: bread oven in the living room, beams of the old framework upstairs. Private parking is intended and reserved for guests. The park of more than 1 ha, fenced allows rest and relaxation with its fish pond, the 12 m x 5 m swimming pool, access staircase, 1.10 m flat bottom with diving pit, secured by a barrier and gate to the imposed standards, its deckchairs, and its 4.30 m diameter trampoline installed in the park. The garden furniture with table, chairs, armchairs, arranged on the terrace gives the possibility to take all meals outdoors and enjoy the outdoors throughout the day. Many games are available (badminton, ball, games of skill, pétanque, etc.) Guest access The guest house is independent, the basement, the park, the pool, the terrace are fully accessible. Only the garden and terrace (south sides) in front of the owners' house have private access. "Reverse" living areas that maintain independence and freedom.
