The lot is spacious and safe, ideal for children to play and run without worries. There is also a private pool, where you can cool off on hot days. The space It has a large private pool surrounded by a kiosk, a BBQ area and a generous paved area. It also has a basketball court and a ping pong table. It's a place to share with family and have a good rest. Included in the price, a lady in charge of preparing meals. It includes DirecTV, sound inside the house and in the pool area. Guest access The whole house, swimming pool, basketball court and table tennis area. The house has DirecTV, 10 Mbps Wi-Fi, a gas BBQ area and a large open space. Other things to note Included in the price is a lady who helps with breakfast preparation between 7-10 am and lunch between 12-4 pm and leaves the dishes clean. Does not help with housekeeping. PETS ARE ALLOWED but please note that there are dogs on the property that are let loose at night. There is an additional cost of 90,000 per person per night for extra guests. Day visits are allowed at a cost of 60,000 per person per day of visit. A maximum of 18 people in total are allowed in the house, including guests (children and babies) and day visitors.
