Beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house located just across the street from the ocean. The house includes all of the amenities for you to feel like you are at home. We also include complementary WIFI. Please note: we are pet friendly but do charge a $100 pet fee. Guest access This is a duplex and we air bnb the other side as well. Each unit has access to their side with private entry. Other things to note Be respectful of the neighbors. Absolutely no parties. No Loud music. If we receive any disturbance calls from our neighbors you will be asked to leave immediately. Parking in the garage and driveway only. No parking on grass or in neighbors yards. Garbage is to be placed in the cans provided and taken out on garbage days. Garbage days are Monday and Thursday and trash needs to be out on front lawn no later than 7am.
