Renovated House with a Swimming Pool

We live in a very nice quiet neighborhood and our neighbors are friendly. We only ask to please be respectful of our neighbors. Please do not invite someone who is not listed as a guest on Airbnb without our permission. No loud parties. Please no smoking in the house or the patio. We are no longer allowing pet in the main house because of damages that are hard to repair, sorry for the inconvenience. Guest access Entire house, pool, front yard with parking space. Please leave the hallway closet for our cleaners. They need the supplies in the closet. Please only put small soft foods down the left sink in the kitchen and use the disposal. No oil down the drain. Please ask first if you need to turn the pool cleaner on, the pool cleaner works just fine in the nighttime. No beer glass bottles near the pool No loud music and please do not disturb my guest in the guesthouse. I have laundry detergent for guest and the cleaning lady but please buy your own if you’re staying longer than a week. Please ask first if you need to move furniture around. Other things to note Please keep to this schedule Laundry hours Main house guest Please arrange your time to wash your laundry.
