Located just 700 meters from the sandy beaches and a short walk from the village center and its shops, this house welcomes you in a quiet environment, on a 400 m² (4,306 sq. ft.) enclosed plot, not overlooked. Accommodating up to 12 people, it is the perfect place to share special moments, between swimming, bike rides and convivial evenings by the pool. Outside, everything is designed to fully enjoy the sunny days. The house has two additional terraces: a tiled terrace facing south, equipped with an awning, a large dining table and chairs, ideal for family lunches and summer evenings; and a second wooden terrace, furnished with garden furniture, deck chairs and a parasol, perfect for relaxing after returning from the beach. A barbecue is also available to share convivial moments with ease. The heated private pool (8.50 m x 4.10 m), secured by a cover, is accessible from the beginning of April to the end of September and will delight young and old. The house offers generous and comfortable spaces: On the ground floor: * Entrance, storage, and separate toilet. * Large, bright living room with a seating area equipped with sofas, armchairs, a large-screen TV, and unlimited fiber Wi-Fi. * Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee makers (filter and pods) and kettle. * Master suite with 160 cm double bed, private bathroom and dressing room. Upstairs: * Three bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and closets. * A large family bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a 90 cm single bed on the mezzanine, and a 90 cm pull-out single bed. * A bathroom with bath and shower. * A separate restroom. A garage is also available to store your bikes, beach equipment, canoe, kayak or motorcycles, as well as private parking on the property.
