Villa Berry is located in Santa Ponsa, in the area of Calvia, very close to Andratx and Puerto Adriano and only 12 minutes walk from the beach. The space Villa Berry is a holiday home located in a quiet residential area in Santa Ponsa, one of the most popular areas of the Majorcan coast for the summer season, very close to Andratx and Puerto Adriano and no more than 25 minutes drive from the paradisiacal beaches of Portals Vells and El Mago or from a magical place like Sant Elm. The house welcomes us with a fabulous hall that distributes us between a bright living room with tv and its wonderful terrace overlooking the sea that invites you to spend long summer evenings, the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave, 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. In the outside area we will find a large swimming pool and a solarium with sun loungers to enjoy the hottest days of the holidays, which can be shared with the owners of the house on an occasional basis. Other things to note A damage deposit of 300€ will be requested on the day of arrival to be paid in cash and fully refundable after check-out once the accommodation has been checked. There is an extra charge for electricity consumption at 0.30 euros per kW to be paid at ckeck-out. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by the traveller on arrival. The amount is 2.20 € per night and per person and is to be paid directly to the owner. Children under 16 years old excluded. Check-in takes place prior to the arrival via a secure link where the personal details of all guests would be requested.
