The accommodation is located in the tourist area of Umag preferred by tourists and offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Small pets are allowed with a supplement. The sandy beach and the bathing facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The accommodation has a small terrace with a table and chairs The space The simply furnished apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It has a bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed for a child, two bedside tables with night lamps and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The living area is equipped with, a dining table with 3 chairs, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioner. The equipped kitchen has a stove with two electric plates, a fume extractor hood, a kettle, a Moka pot, and a microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink with mirror, and external window, two bath towels per person are provided. The small terrace with a table and 2 chairs at the entrance of the apartment. Free parking is available on the property. For shared use, there is the tavern in a nearby building equipped with a barbecue, table, and chairs where you can spend the evenings in good company. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, the supermarket is 500m away, the restaurant is 200m away and the seafront is 600m away. Located in a prime location near the famous ATP tennis center, where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been taking place for years. Near the house, there is a children's playground. Only 400 m away is the Sol Stella Maris tourist village and the station of the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and vice versa. Guest access Guests have access to the parking, the tavern with barbeque, and the garden. Other things to note * Pets up to 15 kg are allowed with a supplement of 13 € per pet per day payable on arrival in cash. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when I am not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution, - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Customized transports are possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...)
