The space The front door leads directly to the entrance hall. Just off the hall on the left is a Wc. On the right is the kitchen/diner with seating for 6 guests. The kitchen is fitted with wooden units and also has a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washing machine is also provided for guest use. From the ground floor hallway there are two steps into the living room. This bright and airy room has a superb view of the canal. Comfortable seating is provided. Also a Tv with a Freesat box. English channels only. A Dvd player is provided. Please note the woodburner is not for use but just a feature. Oil fired central heating and electric radiators are provided for cooler months. WiFi is available throughout the property. The elegant wooden staircase leads to the first and second floor. Bedroom 1 (views to the canal) has a Double bed. Bedroom 2 also has two single beds. The family bathroom is on this level and has a shower, washbasin and Wc. The floor is tiled with beautiful Portuguese tiles. Stairs lead up to the 2nd floor with Bedroom 3, (Master Bedroom). It is elegantly presented with a clawed foot bathtub and a separate ensuite shower room and WC. Other things to note Optional services - Heating: Price: Included in the booking. Dogs are permitted. Pet Fee is applied. Maximum 2 dogs. (No cats) Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must not be allowed to go above the ground floor. Any "mess" is the responsibility of the owner to clear up.
