Leaving the house on the left, heading north, walking for a pleasant 4 minutes you will find the beach of Son Moll, white sandy beach and crystal clear water; on the right, direction south, walking for 2 minutes you will find the cove of Sa Pedruscada, gray sandy cove and turquoise waters, located in an old fishing port; and in front, 4 seconds walking, you will find a direct access to the sea through natural rock stairs that lead them to the Mediterranean Sea. The center of Cala Ratjada, 10 minutes walking along an idyllic promenade, has all kinds of services and tourist activities for all tastes and ages, day and night. However, the house is a 10 minute walk from downtown and therefore can rest with the whisper of the sea and the twinkling of the stars.
