1. The unit is designed for long-term travelers: to work, assist a family member, and such. 2. You get a sparkling place, private bath, workspace, safe location, and home atmosphere (no hotel or resort noises). The specifics are in the next section. 3. Due to shared spaces, like hallway, kitchen, dining area, allergies, we have a strict "NO PET" policy to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. The space The Unit: Upscale self-contained Suite on 2nd floor; kitchenette and living area; bedroom with full-size bed and closets; 2 TVs (Smart TV, streaming w your account), Wi-Fi, W/D ($6 a load); private parking. Outside of your private unit ,the larger kitchen is for light cooking only. Like eggs, oatmeal. No heavy cooking allowed. Everything should be clean after using it. If you cannot clean, do not use it. The washer and dryer is available with pay. Washer $3, Dryer $3 per load. After using, take out the lint in order for the machine to work efficiently. THIS OUTSIDE OF YOUR UNIT AREA IS SHARED AND MUST STAY COMPLETELY CLEAN AT ALL TIMES; NO LEFT DISHES IN THE SINK! Driving time to nearby hospitals and Capitol complex: 10 mnts; 15 mnts to Camp Hill and 20 mnts to Hershey Medical or Park. The house yard, parking space, and entry area are camera monitored 24/7. Guest access House code will be given upon arrival. The entire unit is only yours; no shares. Other things to note RESTRICTIONS: Who CAN NOT FIT TO THIS UNIT: Due to the unit size/structure, bathroom design, type of furniture, and safety issues, as well as excessive wear and tear liability, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 200 lbs. HOUSE RULES: 1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DOs" and the "DONTs" - upon arrival. Communication with me: 8am to 8pm on any topic; 8pm to 8am only on EMERGENCY topics, and via phone only. 8pm to 8am is 'QUIET TIME ZONE': no W/D, no unusual noise, no large boxes/luggage moving up or down. 2. Guests do NOT pay a cleaning fee IF they keep, and return, the unit clean; $100 will be deducted from your Airbnb account otherwise. 3. Our relatively low rates depends on your help to conserve energy and utilities: use water responsibly; report leaks immediately. 4. You are a guest and ARE NOT allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others who are not on the reservation list) unless specifically permitted in writing. Trespassing will be a police matter. 5. House rules follow PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act. No smoking, vaping, candles, any open fire or storing any flammable material. $2,000 fine for smoking of any kind inside the unit. No use or storing illegal drugs, or excessive drinking. No partying is allowed. No any additional small appliances without prior approval. No pets. I have allergies to pets. 6. We apply pest control and disinfect as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bedbugs was, and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You, as a guest, must assure that your belongings are not infected. You agree to let us enter your unit, once notified about maintenance and pest control procedures. 7. Our house has a multiple steps/stairs, lacking accessibility, narrow doorway, no elevator and not suitable for guest with mobility impairment. 8.. We do ask that you keep your noise to a minimum. We want everyone to have a great time at the house, always be mindful of our neighbors! 9. As a guest, you cannot use the house address as your primary residence and cannot receive mail and use the house to obtain driver's license. 10.
