Beautifully refurbished, Herdwick Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self-catering cottage for up to 5 people. Explore stunning scenery and return to a cosy log burner fire, gorgeous kitchen and basement games room! Please note we are a pet-free and smoke-free cottage. We took over Herdwick Cottage in 2018 and have fully refurbished it to create a luxury holiday 'home from home', whilst being sensitive to it's traditional and rather humble origins. We fell in love with the Lakes after honeymooning in Grasmere over 25 years ago and have returned to fell walk and climb ever since. We feel very privileged to share our beautiful Lakeland cottage with new and seasoned visitors to this stunning part of the world and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
