Welcome to Wiffy Bog Farm. We welcome you to this comfy, clean and cozy apartment & hope that you feel right at home. Equipped with WIFI, TV, kitchen essentials & shared laundry on site, we are located just 5 miles from Pa's premier ski resort, ELK MOUNTAIN. You are within walking distance of Dunnier's Country Store & Six Pac Shack, where you can buy groceries, homemade soup, baked goods, subs, pizza, wings, beer etc. Other local restaurants are in the area. Rails to trails access is close. This second floor apartment has two bedrooms , a living room, kitchen and one bathroom with a tub/shower. There is one king size bed, two twin beds and one hid a bed. The sheets and indoor towels are furnished. (please bring your own beach towels for outside use) The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. The laundry room is shared by three apartments. To find it go out side and around the back of the farmhouse. The laundry door is the one on the right. West Clifford is located in the beautiful, Endless Mountains, of North Eastern Pennsylvania. At one time it was a stage coach stop, on the Owego Turnpike. Though the stage coaches are long gone, the tradition of welcoming guests to our little town, continues. The Farmhouse is a three minute walk to Dunnier's Country Store. The Brownies and CC cookies are home made and worth a try. You can get a sub that can feed a family. The Six Pac Shack is a Pizza, Beer and Wine store. The wings are smothered in a secret sauce developed by our son, James. He went into the Air Force after High School where he was a crew Chief on the Stealth. He developed a knack for cooking and decided to start his own business. There are three ponds on our property .. You are welcome to fish as long as you have a Pa. fishing license. I've seen some pretty big bass caught at the Wiffy Bog. You can get around by driving, biking or walking. Public transportation is not available.
