The space Jeffrey is a fully self contained cottage and guests have full access to the house and gardens. Jeffrey offers 3 spacious bedrooms with a Queen and two Doubles and can sleep up to 6 people making this an ideal retreat for a romantic weekend away or as an ideal family getaway. Stylishly furnished, the old cottage charm is wrapped with all the modern comforts, with a modern walk in shower, modern kitchen with a 6 burner stove, a main living room with a gas log burner, and a sitting room draped by natural light with views out to the deck and horticultural designed. Enjoy the sun on the large outdoor decking, laze on the outdoor lounge set or enjoy an alfresco meal on the outdoor dining table and stools that sits 6. On a cold day get warm and cosy sitting by the gas log fire, read a book, have a glass of wine or watch your favourite show on the flat screen smart TV. Guest access Jeffrey has 3 spacious bedrooms, main bedroom with a Queen bed, and the other 2 bedrooms have Double Beds. Each bedroom has a comfortable chair and a wardrobe to hang your clothes. The lounge room has a comfortable couch and arm chairs and a flat screen Smart TV. The full kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove top and large oven, dishwasher and microwave oven. An EXPRESSI Capsule Coffee machine will ensure coffee lovers needs are met! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and all the cooking utensils you may need and the pantry is stacked with dinner sets, cutlery, wine glasses, drinking glasses, coffee cups and mugs, serving platters, salad bowls and servers and outdoor dining sets, coffee plunger and tea plunger, as well as a kettle and toaster so you really don’t need to bring a thing. The large sun room has another 3 seater couch and dining table opening up to the decking with an outdoor lounge set. There’s also an outdoor dining table that sits 6 for those glorious sunny days. The laundry has a washing machine and drier and there’s an outdoor clothes line and pegs too.
