The space This Boho-styled home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a powder room, rumpus room/teen retreat plus 3 outdoor decks to enjoy sunrises and sunsets all amongst the peaceful trees and birds. Enjoy being amongst the rolling green hills with water views from the front northeast facing deck. Downstairs the northwest outdoor deck has a 10 seater table and chairs and access to the large back yard with sheep and llama over the back fence. Upstairs the northwest deck also has a 10 seater table and chairs, and the BBQ - great area for entertaining, including the open plan living area with a galley kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso Pod Machine, Drip Coffee Percolator, Electric Oven and Gas Cooktop. Guest access Unrestricted access to the home and everything it offers. Other things to note Linen is supplied at this property for the confirmed number of registered guests. Linen includes bed-sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand-towel, bath mat. Beds are prepared with pillows, doonas, blankets etc. Guests to supply own beach/pool towels.
