Community Pool & Hot Tub: There is a community pool (Pool heated from May 1st to Nov 1st, weather permitting, April 1-Nov 30) and hot tub (available year-round) for your enjoyment. It is important to follow the complex rules and keep track of your pool key. The clubhouse requires $10 per guest to retain a key fob (with photo) + a refundable $25 deposit per guest to provide each guest with their own personal key fob. The $25 will be refunded when the key fob has been returned. The replacement cost for the pool key is $100.00.
