The Tudor inspired home transports you to another time...with unique features including exposed timber trusses and beams, timber staircase and leadlight windows. The home incorporates a formal dining area with magnificent bay window, lounge with bar, , upstairs opulent King Bedroom with spa en-suite, double peacock room & double bunk bed downstairs. No parties or pets. The space Fernhill Estate is a 3 bedroom unique fairytale type property with Magnificent Lounge with bar, Dining Room with glorious bay window , 2 bathrooms , laundry all set up a long winding bluestone pathway nestled in a rainforest setting. Unfortunately due to its remote location there is no free to air Tv/ Wifi however we have supplied many games and DVDs with HDMI for your laptop . Fernhill is a place to relax and enjoy with many beautiful gardens, shops, Tea Rooms and restaurants not too far away. ( No disabled access due to the many steps leading to the house) . Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy . There is NO disabled access due to the many bluestone steps leading from the car port to the house. Please use stepped pathway only , Driveways are for vehicles only. Other things to note Bedroom doors upstairs are removable. No gatherings allowed. No internet access.
