Breathtaking view perfect for 2 families: hot tub, fireplace, central air

This house is perfect for two families who want to be together but also have some privacy. Each floor is a separate 2 bedroom unit which can be locked or left unlocked so that you have one house. It is designed so that the upstairs has a large living room to hang out in but a smaller kitchen and the downstairs has a large kitchen and dining room so you can all eat together when you would like. Each unit has an incredible view and a large deck. The house is feet from the lake, is very modern, and has a washer/dryer. Each unit has a modern kitchen with dishwasher. We occasionally rent just one of the units by themselves. Three bedroom has a king bed that can be separated into two extra long twins. One has a queen, with a pull out day bed. One bedroom upstairs also has bunk beds. This property is winterized and is always booked for New Years Eve
