GREAT PLACE DOWNTOWN ON EAST WHITE AVENUE!!! HEAD TOWARD THE BEACH FROM THE ICE CREAM SHOP! Whole one story 2/2 bath and huge 1/1 studio. Large lot with great party patio -Private parking for 6 cars or truck with big boat trailers. Downtown and walking distance to Beach and Station and all marina restaurants. -Very secure part of the island! The space The whole place is a 3/3. The house is a 2/2. And the additional studio +1/1 is also included. Ask about the 1/2 price 6 seat cart! This fully furnished home was completely restored in 2017 and is one of the original homes in Port Aransas and fantastic location!. The home now provides modern amenities, high ceilings and well appointed rooms. This home is built at ground level with only two steps to entry with a nice north facing front porch with ceiling fans. An additional private porch and another large party porch with bar are located on the south end of of the house to take advantage of the prevailing winds. Each bedroom has queen bed. There are two additional pull out beds for three people. There is an outdoor hot shower and good sized yard with BBQ pit. This big fenced yard. Guest access Whole property and both houses included. Other things to note While this house has an incredible entertaining area, it is right in town away from the transient rental crowds down the island so it can be quiet and like the original beach town. Being away from all of the rentals makes this house more secure. We have never had anything taken out of a truck or boat or missing bicycles. It is just a great street and 90% are return quests.
