This home is built on the original six block neighborhood establishing Old Town Port Aransas. The beach is approximately a half mile across the dunes. There is a short cut to the beach for golf carts the end of Brumley to cut across the UT campus property. There are restaurants, pubs and shops within two blocks in all other directions. Walk, bike or cart, this location has a walkability rating of 9.9 stars. Let us know and we will call the cart rental place and get you a discount on a good cart. While this house has an incredible entertaining area, it is right in town away from the transient rental crowds down the island so it can be quiet and like the original beach town. Being away from all of the rentals makes this house more secure. We have never had anything taken out of a truck or boat or missing bicycles. It is just a great street and 90% are return quests.
