Our custom Sunset Beach home features fantastic ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors, as well as panoramic 360 views from the roof top deck featuring a lounging couch, table and chairs, and an unbelievable view. The ocean is just steps away, and there is plenty to do with nearby kayak, bicycle, SUP and boat rentals. The space The large kitchen and dining areas seat 8 for dinner comfortably, and you will enjoy sipping coffee or cocktails while overlooking the ocean from either balcony off the 2nd floor living room, or the 3rd floor master bedroom. Custom teak hardwood floors throughout make this home especially unique! Guest access The home sits directly on the greenbelt park, meaning you have your own personal yard in front for picnic, BBQ, or watching the kids play. The first floor patio balcony off the entrance way is one of the best places in Sunset Beach to watch the world go by! Other things to note There is parking for three vehicles, the beach is just steps away, and the home is 30 minutes from Disneyland (11 mi), Aquarium of the Pacific (8 mi), and other attractions, and about 10 minutes from the Huntington Beach Pier, Pacific City, etc. (6 mi).
