The open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of space to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen makes dining in or entertaining effortless. With three uniquely decorated bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there’s room and comfort for everyone. On the main floor, the primary suite features a cozy queen bed, fireplace, smart TV with Netflix, and a private ensuite. A second main-floor bedroom also offers a queen bed, with another full bathroom just down the hall. Upstairs, a second living area serves as a fun retreat for kids, complete with a smart TV, gaming console, games, toys, foosball table, and two twin daybeds plus two twin floor mattresses. A third full bathroom and dedicated workspace are just outside the loft area. Outdoors, relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front porch bistro set or under the backyard gazebo. The large, fenced-in yard offers peace of mind for families with kids or pets—and plenty of space to play. Other things to note Our property has a motion activated security camera located outside the side door entrance. Guests can rest easy knowing their belongings are safe while they're out and about without any invasion to their privacy. This camera allows us to monitor the side entrance and driveway only, ensuring the front porch and entire yard are kept as private hangout spaces for our guests. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles with additional street parking available on Mill next to the house. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and serving ware essentials. We also provide olive oil, cooking spray, salt & pepper, and basic spices. Guests are provided with complimentary coffee (pods & grinds), tea, cream and sugar. The fridge has a Brita container for filtered water and an ice maker. Guests are provided with fresh linens and towels. Extras are available in the laundry area. Guests have full access to laundry - detergent, frantic softener and dryer sheets are provided. Guests are provided a roll of paper towels in the kitchen as well as plenty of toilet paper in each bathroom. We have containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers for guests to use. All TVs have Netflix subscriptions for your viewing pleasure!
