Casa Zeffiro - a few steps from Trevi Fountain

Cozy apartment, 3 minutes walking from trevi Fountain: one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning available for guests. The apartment is on the third floor without elevator. The space On the third floor of a historic building, “Casa Zeffiro” takes its name from the great roman director Roberto Rossellini (whose second name was Gastone Zeffiro) who shooted his masterpiece “Roma Città Aperta” in this street. Entry is into the living area furnished with a dining table seating 4, a 2-seater sofa, which can be turned into a comfortable sofa bed if needed, and an armchair. This area overlooks the kitchen, small but fully equipped, that a sliding door allows to hide from the living zone. From here, a small corridor leads to the bathroom (with shower) and the bedroom. The bedroom is cozy and fully equipped, furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a big wardrobe. A perfect place to rest in, after having spent the day walking around Rome! The apartment lies in the historic center, a few steps from Fontana di Trevi (only 3 minutes walking), a strategic starting point to explore the city on foot. Casa Zeffiro is also very close to the metro station Barberini (A line) and to many bus stops. In the building there is no elevator. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment described and shown in the pictures. Other things to note Every time a guest checks out, this apartment is thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed, ventilated and disinfected in all its areas according to the instructions of the Italian Health Department. The sheets and bedspreads (replaced at each check-in) are washed in high temperatures by specialized personnel. Cleaning products with 70% alcohol are used. During the colder seasons, heating will be turned on at the times stipulated in the regulations by the City of Rome. In addition, the maximum allowed operating hours and the temperature set by the same regulations and any national standards will be respected. Guests will not be able to change or raise the temperature, the thermostat will have been previously set. Electricity and gas consumption is included in the price of this rental. Guests are required to comply with the rules of use of all electrical equipment in the accommodation. Specifically, they are required to turn off all lights and A/C off when not at home. Check-in is by self-check-in. It is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
