This property has a strict No Pets, No Party/ Noise policy to maintain a quiet neighbourhood atmosphere. The house has a freshwater pool, a heated outdoor Spa (2m x 2m) & an EV charger. The space Casa De Mare is ideal for families looking for a relaxing getaway, surfing, fishing, hiking and mountain biking. Please note there is a strict "No Pets" and "No Party or Events" policy as this is a very quiet neighbourhood. If you are intending to party, please do not book this house. Our neighbours won't tolerate it and you won’t be able to enjoy yourself in the way you plan. The house has a freshwater pool and a heated outdoor Spa (2m x 2m) and an EV charger. The house has three floors with hardwood timber flooring throughout – the master bedroom is on the 3rd level and has sweeping views of the reserve backing the ocean. The middle floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and access to a spacious balcony also with reserve views. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the balcony. The ground floor has the kitchen, dining, laundry and living area plus an additional guest bedroom with a bathroom. Ceiling fans and ducted A/C with individual temperature sensors are in all rooms allowing you to individually control room temperatures. Speakers have been set up in the Living Area and Alfresco that can be streamed using your own Spotify account or the provided account. In addition, there are google hubs that can also be used as speaker pods. Note House Rules on keeping noise levels to an acceptable limits please. The kitchen is fitted with modern accessories including an induction cook oven top, a steam oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Philips Fully Automatic Expresso Coffee machine (Series 1200). The alfresco area has an outdoor dining table and a gas bbq. This pristine area is perfect for swimming, surfing, photography, fishing and hiking. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay, we kindly request your cooperation on these matters: QUIET HOURS Please observe quiet hours from 09:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum. This means turning off music, moving inside and closing doors and windows. NOISE We define 'noise' as any sound that disturbs the peace and quiet of our neighboring properties. We kindly request that you refrain from causing disturbances at any time, 24/7. This policy aligns with the Code of Conduct for the Short Term Rental Accommodation Industry, Section 2.5.2 which you are bound by. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage and store rooms. Cars can park in the driveway and street. There are three beautiful beaches at your doorstep: the stunning patrolled Middle Camp beach, named twice as one of 'Australia's 101 Best Beaches' and home to the iconic former coal-loading jetty, the secluded Moonee Beach and the stunning Ghosties Beach (both accessible through the Beach trail). For the kids I highly recommend the rock pool found at the far right end of Moonee Beach. Make sure you check out Beautiful Sandstone Caves at Ghosties Beach at low tide. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage and store rooms. Cars can park in the driveway and street. Other things to note Casa De Mare has a strict "NO PARTY OR EVENTS POLICY" and no tolerance for excessive noise or additional guests of more than 10 (including children) at any time due to my insurance policy.
