Guests of Verandas 307 will enjoy sitting on the private side view balcony enjoying a morning coffee. The sparkling swimming pool of Verandas will be a fantastic spot to relax. This wonderful high rise also offers a hot tub where guests can soothe sore muscles and a lazy river where you can float stress away. If you want to head to the beach to enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine it is just a few steps from Verandas. This high rise is also conveniently close to many of the popular attractions and activities that North Myrtle Beach offers. Verandas 307 provides wonderful accommodations and a superior location for a fantastic beach retreat for the entire family so take a moment to book before you head out to the beach. Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. The Verandas' pool and lazy river are closed during the off season. Their hot tub will remain open year round. Please note that Verandas 307 is a side unit with a partial ocean view from its balcony. The minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex, such as the hallways, parking area, and pool areas, that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
