This spacious 1 bedroom villa welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (Full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils), a spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed, a relaxing living room with a sleeper sofa, and a furnished balcony. Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, in-room safe, hairdryer and iron with ironing board. Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Marriott’s Ocean Pointe will be undergoing a building and interior villa renovation from Sep. 1, 2024, to Dec. 31, 2024. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
