Welcome to Budgaribah - "Good Place" This beautifully appointed 4 bedroom home is located in a very peaceful street of Old Bar. Only a short two minutes drive is Old Bar Beach where you can catch the most stunning sunrises and sunsets. Designed for comfort, style, and relaxation, this home offers everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Whether you're visiting for work, a weekend getaway with family or friends you'll love the perfect balance of the relaxed coastal vibe. The space The solid brick home, single story house is very spacious and provides a number of quiet retreats inside or outside for everyone. With a luxurious interior that can accommodate 10 guests comfortably within its 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, with attached ensuite, walk in robe, wall mounted TV and bathrobes. Bedroom 2 - King size bed 2 king singles and robe. Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed and robe. Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds, wall mounted TV and robe. Our Sunroom has a Double Sofa Lounge. Generous size bedrooms offer plenty of storage, with fully ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling but each room also has ceiling fans. Two spacious living areas provide plenty of room to spread out with large TV's in each space. Sliding doors from the inside dinning area open to the spacious deck where you can find a BBQ, outdoor dinning table and outdoor lounge. With the doors fully open, this space becomes a large connected area from inside to the outdoors. Simply kick of your shoes and relax after a busy day out site seeing. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach at Mud Bishops Reserve which is only a stones throw away through the forest trees from Budgaribah. We have a fully fenced back yard for the little ones. We are a pet friendly but please let us know if you are planning to bring a pet before booking so we can approve. Fees and conditions do apply for this service. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, rice cooker, gas stove, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking utensils and everything you need to cook as you wish. Complimentary twinning tea selection, Nespresso machine and pods, sugar, hot chocolate and small milk are provided for your stay. Canningvale soft wash linen bedding for a comfortable nights sleep, towels and beach towels are all provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer are all supplied in each bathroom. The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, washing powder, softener and ironing facilities are all provided for your stay. A bottle of complimentary wine is supplied upon arrival. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private property. Other things to note We are pet owners ourselves and animal lovers and we understand how pleasurable it is to travel with a pet. We do accept dogs on a case by case basis. Please send a booking request with information regarding the type of dog and temperament. Please note the property is not suitable for large breeds or pets with excessive shedding and or barking. This service does attract an additional fee, as we like to keep the spaces super clean after pet bookings.
