The Truvy is a stylish two-story home in the heart of East Fayetteville. With three beautiful bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to six guests. It’s just 2.5 miles from the University of Arkansas and a quick drive to Dickson Street, local restaurants, craft breweries, live music, and all that downtown Fayetteville has to offer. The space Parking is available directly behind the home under a two space carport. After walking down the driveway and through the orange front door, you will enter a small hallway that leads to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. Behind the dining table you will find the entry to a small fenced backyard and patio seating for three people. Full floor plan including bedroom and bathroom layout is provided at the end of our listing photos. The open concept living room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, a streaming ready 65-inch smart TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and guest amenities giving you the opportunity to cook meals during your stay or host a small gathering with family and friends. Each bedroom is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, sound machine, and elegant bed linens. Our pristine bathrooms are replenished with ultra plush towels and bath essentials. Guest access A code will be provided to access the front door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. The amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to a guest started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guest are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Other things to note Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
