The apartment is set over two levels, located on the second and third floor (walk up) of a secure complex offering tropical swimming pool and barbecue area surrounded by lush gardens. The lower-level features open plan living with kitchen, dining and lounge room area and access to the beachfront balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays. The loungeroom is comfortably furnished and offers reverse cycle air-conditioning, large flat screen smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The lower level also offers one queen bedroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer and separate toilet. Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen bed and private, spacious beachfront balcony. There is also a renovated bathroom and separate toilet. With two private beachfront balconies, you will never tire of sitting back and enjoying the view across the foreshore and out to the vibrant blue Pacific Ocean. Sunset on Kirra is located within the 'Kirra on the Beach' complex which a secure and well-maintained building offering tropical swimming pool and barbecue area. There is secure underground parking for one car. * Strictly non-smoking including on balconies and common areas * Keys Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
