Even the chef of the group can be a part of the action in this kitchen. The living space also includes a large 55” TV w/soundbox above the large electric fireplace. On the second floor, a 3 tiered sliding door opens up to the deck, making it feel like the home is expanding into the outdoors. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor of this unit, one w/a queen bed & the other w/2 queen beds. Both have 42” TVs. Both share a full bath w/walk-in shower. On the second floor there is a half bathroom w/a single sink & toilet. The third floor features a full, a 35” TV, & an en-suite full bath w/walk-in shower. The grounds of Lakeland Village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. A short stroll takes you straight to the lake! Beautifully landscaped w/great amenities including tennis private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna & a children’s play area. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply. Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company & does not include access to the Vail maid service, Kids Camp, the Vail shuttle van, continental breakfast, or towel service. We have plenty of linens & towels for your use in the home. Pets are not allowed. This home does not have air conditioning. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2, parking passes provided. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
