(11,300 sq ft). 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom each. Swimming pool (lap design). Spacious living hall for residents and guests. Comfortable poolside sofa seats. Great poolside dining area. Full kitchen with oven, microwave and 2 fridges. Large garden at the backyard. Garage for indoor parking for 2 cars and enough parking spots for other cars in front of villa entrance. The TV at the living hall is linked to the YouTube. There is NO subscription to satellite channels. You can bring your own TV box (plus own cable) to be connected to the TV. The 4 beds can fit 8 persons and if booking is for more than 8 persons, additional floor mattresses/pillows/blankets shall be provided. The gardener and swimming pool cleaner will come three (3) times a week during day time. Both of them will come according to their own work arrangements. Their access is through the back door at the garden behind. Monthly rental:- In the event of monthly rental, the electricity and water bill shall be borne by the guests. Other things to note Additional services (PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO FREE DAILY CLEANING):- - Free usage of towels (1 each for 1 pax per stay) will be provided. Additional cleaning is optional and will cost 2,000 baht. If bedlinens are requested to be changed, it will cost 3000 baht. 5000 baht security deposit will be collected during check-in for F&B available in the villa and late check out (if any).
