Welcome to Koala Lane, a luxury 5-bedroom home with pool, idyllically located in Bonville. Set on 3 acres, there s a small colony of Koalas in the surrounding trees to spot if you are lucky! The space Koala Lane is a newly built, architecturally designed home that sleeps 10. It s perfect for family holidays or groups of friends that enjoy being in a beautiful and peaceful location. The spacious open-plan living area is the central hub of the home. Featuring soaring ceilings, the gorgeous kitchen, dining and living areas all look out to the pool and the mountains beyond. The butlers pantry is decked out with a coffee machine and other items to make your stay comfortable. If you don t feel like cooking on holiday, consider using our Concierge Service to arrange a private chef, platters or catering delivered straight to your door. The bedrooms are all located across two wings of the house. The spacious master suite with a king bed overlooks the pool and is privately located on one wing of the home giving privacy. You ll love the luxurious ensuite with dual rain showers and basins. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Three of the four bedrooms overlook the pool and have window seats, perfect for enjoying some quiet time, or reading a book or magazine. The family bathroom has a luxurious feel, with a wet area featuring a free-standing bathtub and rain shower. You ll feel emersed in nature as you look out of the large window onto spectacular gum trees. For nights in, there is a media room, large enough for the whole family to watch a movie. Being a wildlife friendly area and a local koala habitat, it is important that dogs be supervised to prevent disturbing or harming wildlife. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500.
