This four bedroom home is situated on the lake and enjoys stunning views of Kincumber Broadwater and is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house has a sun-drenched courtyard with ample seating for our guests to enjoy, central heating and cooling, BBQ, a theater room and a fully equipped kitchen. The space Broadwater is a modern residence with beautiful views of Kincumber Broadwater and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Single Bed Bedroom 4: Bunk Bed (double top, single bottom) Each bed has hotel-quality linen and towels supplied by your host. The house has been beautifully decorated in a Hampton's theme with a large living area, including three comfortable sofas/armchairs, a 65 inch Smart TV and complimentary Netflix supplied by your host. Immediately adjoining the living room, is the dining area with a large dining table that seats up to eight guests. Both the living and dining areas open up onto the sun drenched courtyard with exquisite views of Kincumber Broadwater and immediate access to the walking track along the bay. Should you feel like cooking during your stay, the kitchen has everything you may need. including. basic pantry items supplied by your host as well as a coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a large, well-designed bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower with all complimentary toiletries and towels supplied by your host as well as a separate powder room. The outdoor space is where you will want to spend your time whilst holidaying at Broadwater, it has ample seating as well as direct access to the bay, a basketball hoop and BBQ. Guests will also love the theater room, after a long day in the sunshine, it is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a movie on the 75 inch Smart TV. The house also has an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Finally, Broadway has a driveway with parking for up to 4 cars as well as free street parking (subject to availability). Please note, the driveway is steep and you should be a confident driver when attempting it.
